Event Description:
This is the third walking event of the Sunflower Sod Stompers Summertime Celebration. Stroll through Alma at your own pace. Stop at the Alma Creamery and taste some fantastic cheese. Take some home with you. Admire the residential areas and old downtown. Stay with the group to dine at Puffy's Steak and Ice House. This is the time walkers wind down and socialize. Meet new people and consider joining the club and attending future events. Swims are available at the Alma City Park Pool Complex from 2:30 - 4:30pm.
What to Bring:
Bring water to drink. If you bring a pet, think about their safety in the Kansas summer heat. Plan for them with water too. Bring cleanup bags for necessities.

Alma City Park is located at East 4th Street and Ohio Street. Follow K-99 from Wamego to Alma and then make a left onto Missouri Street. South on Missouri Street to East 4th Street and turn left to the park.
