Enjoy go-at-your-own pace round-trip group rides in Reno County. Open to all levels of cycling abilities. Bring your bike, a helmet, water and an appetite to enjoy a tasty treat at our destination before heading back to Hutchinson.

Event Description:

Join us for orienteering in the woods! Use a special map to navigate from check point to checkpoint. Several options available, from intro level to advanced. Instruction offered, and event is free for first timers. Have fun playing in the woods in this warm winter weather! Appropriate for kids and adults.

What to Bring: Trails can be muddy or wet, so wear appropriate shoes and clothing. May want to bring a change of shoes/socks (for after), and some water. Otherwise, all you need is a sense of adventure!

Open to youth 8 - 15 and women of all ages. The day starts with breakfast, followed by safety instructions. Participants will be grouped by hunting experience.
Hunts are organized in areas that are not open to the public. An excellent opportunity in a safe environment.
Lunch, a trap shoot are afternoon activities with a banquet in the evening.

Agave is the family name for the Great Plains Yucca, found in abundance on portions of the trail. The Agave Ridge Trail is accessed through the Page Creek Area of Cedar Bluff State Park and is managed on Wildlife Area lands; vehicle permits are required to access the trail head.
