The park is located on the east side of Tuttle Creek Lake west of Olsburg, Kansas. The park is divided by Highway 16, but there is year-round trail access under the mile long Randolph Bridge. During warm months the best parking is on the south side where there are showers, drinking water, a dump station, several horse corrals and some electrical hookups. The north side has a water hydrant available year-round.

Event Description:

Whether you are artsy or outdoorsy, and 3 or 73, this event is for you! Meet at Coronado Heights, just northwest of Lindsborg. You can come and just watch, fly your own kite, or purchase a kit to make your own kite for $6. There will be a limited supply of kite kits available.

From 10:00am-4:00pm, Wings of the Wind Kites and Toys will be displaying a variety of kites and demonstrating how they fly. Additional pre-made kites will be available for sale that day from $6 up, at the event and at Trollslända Toy Store, 135 N. Main Street, Lindsborg.

What to Bring: Bring your own kite or not--a limited number of kite kits are available to purchase at the event.
