T'ai Chi Chih is joy through movement! Combining T'ai Chi Chih with the natural beauty of the Arboretum will allow the class participant to feel more connected to earth, to your own essence and to others around you. These outdoor classes at the water's edge and are very peaceful. This series teaches all 19 movements.

Event Description:

Come enjoy an afternoon on the trail at beautiful Lake Perry. Dirty Girl Adventures offers no guarantee of the weather but we do guarantee an adventure! Join us for an afternoon in the Woods for our Do it in the Woods Hike! There will be a 3 mile loop and an 8 mile loop. Both hikes will start and end at Dirty Girl Base Camp where you can relax around the fire. The trail is an excellent single track maintained for biking which makes it great for hiking! The trail is hilly, rocky and scenic. The hike will be a relaxing pace - our only rush will be the rush to enjoy the day.

What to Bring: Wear comfortable shoes and clothes. Layers and a change of clothing post hike might be handy. Bug spray is recommended. The trail is a blend of difficult and moderate - distance will make the difference in difficulty. Bring a chair and some beverages to enjoy around the fire with your meal. $25 entry fee up to day of event - late registrants are welcome the day of event but there will be no guarantee of food - preregister if possible.

Location Details: From the junction of Highway 24 and 237 Road, turn north onto 237. Travel northbound on 237 through Perry State Park and past Rock Creek Marina. Turn East onto 74th street follow the DGA signs for the entire route and arrive at Dirty Girl Adventures Base Camp!
