Vision your Year: Life Re-imagined

Create the life that you dream of with the aid of mindfulness and motivation from your one of a kind vision board. Join us for an afternoon of creative art - We will provide all of the instruction and supplies to help you create a one of a kind motivational vision board to guide you through 2016.

As a Social Worker and Occupational Therapist, the DIRTY GIRLS; Denise and Jennifer, understand the power of using your creative spirit as well as the power of purposeful thought as we move forward in our lives. During this workshop, we will provide instruction in mindfulness and engage the group in discussion about what will support each of us as we create our vision boards for the year's adventures. We know that you will meet other participants who are interested in mindfully choosing positive and supportive experiences for 2016.

This event is on Sunday January 17th, 2106 from 2-5pm at Camp Curry. The cost is $40 and includes........
1. SUPPLIES, INSTRUCTION, AND THE OPPORTUNITY TO CREATE A ONE OF A KIND, INSPIRATIONAL VISIONARY ART BOARD.
2. ORGANIZATION OF THE EVENT IN A BEAUTIFUL, NATURAL COUNTRY SETTING
3. THE OPPORTUNITY FOR A RELAXING AFTERNOON, FOCUSING ON YOUR OWN NEEDS
