Event Description:
The Spirit of Kansas Festival is an old-fashioned 4th of July celebration held at Lake Shawnee beginning at 8am with arts and craft vendors, car show, food, free children activities, entertainment and sporting events throughout the day. Evening activities include a water-ski show from 6:30-7:45pm followed by the magnificent fireworks display starting at 10pm.
