Event Description:
Time 4 Me is a free, fun and family-friendly fitness experience that focuses on stress management and stretching. Participants will learn techniques that will help them to relax and put their upcoming week in perspective.
The Kansas Children's Discovery Center's grounds provide a perfect environment for relaxation and meditation. This four-week experience will leave you wanting more.
